Job Description

Lead Front Office Coordinator needed in Busy Chiropractic Clinic We are looking for an experienced highly skilled and motivated person to join our team as the lead front office coordinator. We are a very busy and fast-paced office that needs someone to effectively help manage the flow of patient care while continually creating hospitality and an amazing experience. This position requires maintaining a positive attitude, excellent customer service and effective communication. If you are fun to work with, have a desire to learn, can master multiple procedures, can take direction, and yet be creative and innovative in the office, we would love to meet you. Roles and Responsibilities of this position are (EXPERIENCE
IS REQUIRED
):
  • Must have experience with EHR/EMR
  • Greet and accommodate patients upon arrival/departure
  • Schedule appointments for multiple providers
  • Answer phone calls professionally and corresponding via email
  • Collect and post patient payments
  • Must understand how to verify and explain insurance benefits to patients and obtaining pre-authorizations when necessary
  • Medical records management (scanning, organizing)
  • Data entry
Job Type:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
