As the Treatment Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our dental practice. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication will be vital in providing exceptional patient experiences.
Responsibilities to include:
Treatment planning, scheduling, financial arrangements, ensuring accurate billing, greeting and assisting patients, answering the phone, and managing patient records.
Qualifications:
1 year Admin experience in a dental office setting. Knowledge of dental billing, insurance processes, procedures, and coding. Proficient in the Eaglesoft & Dental Intel softwares. Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Customer service oriented. This position follows a Monday-Thursday schedule from 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM. Once a month, the office opens on a Friday—in those weeks, the schedule shifts to Tuesday-Friday. Please note that this role is in-person only; remote work is not available.
