This isn't just a front desk position, it's about creating an exceptional experience for every guest.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome members and guests with a warm, friendly attitude.
- Check dogs and owners in and out using our software
- Give tours to new guests and explain our memberships, park rules and amenities.
- Promote and recommend products from our dog focused market.
- Maintain a clean and organized front entry.
- Work closely with the park and bar teams to deliver outstanding hospitality. What we're looking for:
- A genuine passion for customer service and hospitality.
- Sales experience or the ability to confidently recommend memberships and retail products.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Must be at least 19 to apply.
- Must love dogs and enjoy creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere.
