This role combines essential clinical support with front desk administrative duties, ensuring a seamless patient experience from appointment scheduling to treatment. The ideal candidate will be energetic, highly organized, and passionate about providing exceptional patient care. You will play a vital role in maintaining efficient office operations while delivering friendly, professional service to our diverse patient community. Duties Prepare and review medical and dental documentation for accuracy and completeness, including care plans and treatment notes. Handle multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette, addressing patient inquiries and redirecting calls as needed. Maintain accurate dental records and manage filing of medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Assist the dental team when needed; seating patients, cleaning rooms, switching out laundry and helping with sterile. Greet patients warmly upon arrival, verify insurance coverage, and assist with patient intake processessterilizing instruments and preparing treatment areas and stay organized and able to multitask without becoming overwhelmed. Extensive experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems such as eClinicalWorks, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar platforms. Proficiency in medical billing, coding (CPT, ICD-9/10), and documentation review to ensure accurate claims processing. Strong knowledge of dental terminology and medical terminology relevant to clinical procedures and patient care. Familiarity with insurance verification processes for Medicare and private insurers, and understanding of ICD coding standards. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively serve diverse patient populations You'll join a team that values respect, teamwork, communication, and a positive workplace culture .
