Job Description
Dental Front Office/Financial Administrator, Full-Time Four Days a Week Friendly and Collaborative Practice Environment Do you desire to join a dental practice that is growing and where your skills and experience can make a difference in the lives of others? Our practice has an excellent opportunity for a full-time Front Office Administrator who desires to connect in a friendly, collaborative, and patient-focused team. Our ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship building skills, commitment to teamwork. A "can do" approach and a strong commitment to set and exceed expectations. Submit and track dental insurance claims Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility Follow up on outstanding claims and appeals Post insurance payments and adjustments accurately Document patient dental treatments and financial transactions, to include signing of financial arrangements, prepayments for large cases, financing, and charges collection. Excellent Phone skills Develops and maintains doctors/hygienist schedule to meet practice goals. 3-5 years of Front Office Dental experience. Working knowledge of Dentrix is strongly preferred. Coordinate and organize office/practice routines and procedures, ensure office runs smoothly and supports a positive patient experience.
