Job Overview Oversee daily front office and administrative operations: support productive scheduling, coordinate effective patient flow, and team management. Ensure excellent patient communication and service standards. Support marketing initiatives, ensure patient retention and growth performance. Customer Service experience is a must. Qualifications for Dental Office Manager/Financial Coordinator include: Excellent People Skills/Customer Service Strong Leadership, organization and communication skills Treatment Coordinator experience Billing and management experience Experience in a productive scheduling role Supervisory experience in a healthcare setting is highly desirable Knowledge of dental software, preferably Open dental is required Reliable/ Fast Learner Able to work independently as well as in a team environment Two years experience is required Bilingual is a must
