This is not a position for someone who simply wants to answer phones and check patients in. You will often be the first person a new patient speaks with and the first face they see when they walk through our doors. That means you play a major role in the experience our patients have with our office. Greeting patients and creating an exceptional experience from the moment they walk in Communicating professionally and compassionately with patients in person and over the phone Helping maintain excellent patient service throughout their care Keeping schedules, communication, and office responsibilities organized Completing and maintaining operational checklists Tracking assigned metrics and helping the team stay accountable to goals Helping coordinate office projects and initiatives Assisting with projects that reinforce our patient-centered mission Communicating with outside professional partners when needed Identifying problems before they become bigger problems and helping find solutions Helping create a smooth, efficient, organized office environment The Person We're Looking For You may be a great fit if people would describe you as: Warm and outgoing.
