Office experience with Electronic Health Records experience is required. This position is 32+ hours per week, working 4 days per week as scheduled. We are looking for a team-player with a positive attitude, excellent telephone etiquette, and outstanding customer service skills. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Greeting patients in a polite, prompt, helpful manner. Data entry of all patient demographics and insurance information. Health Insurance verification. Collection of patient copays and patient balances. Patient appointment scheduling. Answer incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate parties. Checking patients in and out for appointments. General office duties such as sending and receiving emails, faxing, scanning, printing, and copying. This position does require availability until approximately 6:30-7:00pm on Monday and Thursday evenings.
