Location) Medical Receptionist will be responsible for assisting with administrative and patient care duties at our office. This individual is highly motivated, truly enjoys working with children and families to help us provide the best care possible for our patients. In this role, you will be handling phone calls, taking and relaying messages, scheduling appointments, checking-in / checking-out patients, registering new patients, collecting copays/balances, verifying insurances, referrals, prior authorizations and general clerical duties such as scanning, emailing, faxes, stocking rooms, calling patients, and inventory . Applicant must be friendly, reliable and have strong customer service skills with strong attention to detail. Previous computer experience is a must. Prior office experience is a plus. eClinicalWorks EMR experience is a plus.

Part or Full Time For entry-level or 1-2 years of experience candidates, we provide complete training over a period of 1 - 2 weeks and in an ongoing manner as needed. A basic understanding of patient care and medical terminology will be a huge advantage for you.
