Looking for an experienced receptionist with an awesome personality, upbeat attitude and outstanding customer connection. Our office is a state-of the-art General Office in the Lisle/ Naperville area. We are looking for a motivated individual to start immediately, 32-38 hours a week. Bilingual is preferred, but not necessary. Applicant should have basic knowledge of dental front office and administrative skills. Dentrix knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome patients upon arrival and answer all incoming calls professionally and promptly. Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring optimal clinic flow. Obtain, update, and maintain patient records and personal information in the clinic's database. Handle billing procedures, process insurance claims, and collect payments. Provide patients with accurate information regarding services, treatment plans, and insurance coverage. Coordinate with dental staff to ensure patient needs are met and communications are seamless. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Manage patient recall and follow-up system. Address patient concerns and provide solutions or direct them to the appropriate staff member.
