Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Dental Front Desk to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will have minimum of 6 month experience with dental office and experience or knowledge of Dental management software and a strong background in insurance verification, billing coordination, patient communication, and front office operations. Experience & Fluent Spanish Required. Responsibilities Verify dental insurance eligibility, benefits, and coverage. Submit and track insurance claims and pre-authorizations. Follow up on outstanding claims, denials, and unpaid balances. Enter and maintain accurate patient records Schedule patient appointments and manage the daily calendar. Present treatment plans and discuss financial arrangements with patients. Process patient payments and maintain billing records. Coordinate referrals and required documentation. Provide exceptional customer service and patient support. Assist with general front office administrative duties.
Qualifications:
Minimum 6 month of dental front office experience. Knowledge of dental insurance verification, claims, and billing procedures. Strong communication and customer service skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Experience with treatment plan presentation is a plus. Pay:
$20 to $25 per hour Work Schedule Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday - 9 to 5:30 Every other Saturday 8 to 2:30
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
