Summary We are seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our team at Pediatric Central. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and their families, playing a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience at our clinic. Your contributions will be vital in supporting our mission of delivering exceptional pediatric care. Responsibilities Greet and check-in patients as they arrive at the clinic. Manage phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries with professionalism. Maintain accurate medical records and ensure confidentiality of patient information. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and insurance verification. Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families throughout their visit. Collaborate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow and care. Requirements Proven experience in a medical receptionist or administrative role preferred. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Familiarity with medical terminology and record-keeping practices. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
