Job Description

We are a modern, patient-centered private dental practice seeking a full-time Front Desk Receptionist who enjoys building relationships with patients. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, dependable, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Dental office experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual who is eager to learn and grow with our team. Schedule
    Monday:
    9:00 AM
    • 5:00 PM
    Tuesday:
    8:00 AM
    • 5:00 PM
    Wednesday:
    11:00 AM
    • 7:00 PM
    Thursday:
    8:00 AM
    • 5:00 PM Three-day weekends every week/No holidays Responsibilities
    • Greet and check in patients
    • Answer phones and manage scheduling
    • Verify insurance benefits and eligibility
    • Present treatment plans and financial arrangements
    • Collect payments and maintain accurate patient records
    • Coordinate patient communications and recalls
    • Help create a welcoming, professional patient experience Qualifications
    • Dental front office experience preferred
    • Strong communication and customer service skills
    • Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Reliable and punctual
    • Willingness to learn both administrative and clinical aspects of dentistry Benefits
