As a full-time member of our clinic, your primary responsibility will involve delivering expert outpatient care aimed at helping patients regain mobility and improve their quality of life. Our facility is designed to foster recovery through high-quality rehabilitation services for a diverse patient population. Work Environment This is an onsite, full-time position committed to outpatient rehabilitation. Our working hours range from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, fostering a stable work-life balance while providing consistent care to our clients. The clinic is designed to promote healing, and you will work in collaborative treatment rooms outfitted with the latest technology and rehabilitation tools. Key Responsibilities Deliver personalized treatment programs tailored to the distinct needs and goals of each patient. Manage a manageable caseload, ensuring each patient receives individualized attention throughout their rehabilitation process. Utilize your expertise in orthopedic outpatient care and previous successes to enhance and optimize treatment plans. Incorporate cost-effective treatment methodologies that encourage recovery and mobility improvements. Focus on non-surgical solutions to minimize medication reliance, promoting a holistic approach to patient care. Develop comprehensive and dynamic care plans utilizing innovative treatment methodologies. Customize fitness and wellness programs, ensuring they align with patients' diverse requirements. Provide evidence-based interventions and personalized approaches to treatment, enhancing patient engagement and satisfaction. Encourage and motivate patients throughout their recovery journey, tailoring your communication to foster trust and cooperation. Advocate for a healthier lifestyle by improving patients' strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination through structured programs. Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless approach to patient care. Regularly assess treatment outcomes and progress, making data-driven adjustments as necessary. Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of services provided for comprehensive patient care and regulatory compliance. Patient Population / Client Focus Your focus will include outpatient clients seeking rehabilitation for a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, sports-related injuries, post-operative recovery, and chronic pain management. Understanding the diverse backgrounds and needs of our patients is paramount to providing effective care. Qualifications A completed Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) program from an accredited institution. An active Physical Therapist license in the state of Illinois, demonstrating a commitment to professional standards. A clean professional record with no history of sanctions or board complaints. Superior competency in manual therapy techniques, showcasing a breadth of treatment skills. Exceptional ability to design and execute successful therapeutic exercise programs. Proficient in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software, particularly WebPT, to enhance documentation accuracy. Up-to-date with the latest evidence-based techniques and advancements in physical therapy practices. Preferred Experience Previous experience in an outpatient rehabilitation setting with demonstrated success. Knowledge of integrating sports medicine components into physical therapy practices.
