Successful candidate will be able to answer phones and should be able to perform Medical reception duties as well. Candidate will be reliable, detail oriented, and have the ability to accurately handle a high volume of work in a fast paced environment with compassion, patience, and a positive attitude. Cooperation to meet the caller's needs is essential. Job duties include but are not limited to: Greeting patients, checking in/ out in the clinic as necessary. Data entry, patient recall and general clerical duties. Answering telephones, scheduling patient appointments, and directing calls to appropriate areas.

Requirements:

Customer service and phone etiquette are a must. EMR experience and familiarity with various insurance companies helpful. Full time position. Bilingual is a plus.
