Medical Receptionist

Role:

This full-time position will primarily involve assisting with front desk duties and answering phones across our two busy office locations. If you're organized, ambitious, and know your way around a computer, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing:

Answering multi-line phones with professionalism and care Checking patients in and out efficiently Scheduling appointments electronically with accuracy Verifying demographics and confirming insurance coverage Collecting co-payments and obtaining necessary signatures Providing top-notch support to patients.

What We're Looking For:

High school graduate or equivalent At least 1 year of experience in a medical office or similar setting Strong computer skills. Excellent communication and organizational skills Flexibility with workdays and hours, including occasional evenings and rotating weekends A pleasant, can-do attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment
