Are you a "people person" interested in working in a fun environment? Well, our well-established, growing optometry practice is seeking a smiling receptionist who is passionate about connecting with our patients! We have a family-friendly general optometry office caring for a wide range of patient types. From a vision correction standpoint, anything from simple contact lens and glasses fitting/dispensing to very complex "low vision" orders is the daily norm. Accountability and expectations are clear in our office and here are some examples of duties for this position: Initial Patient Interaction - that all-important first face seen Check Patients In and Out Patient Schedule/Flow - "conductor" role Money Management Obtain Insurance Authorization You will be trained by our office manager and someone who has been in the role for several years. We want to talk to you if you have experience as a receptionist or in another position within the eye care realm, possess great communication skills, and share our core values of fun, friendliness, knowledge, and caring for patients as if they were family.

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
