Job Description

We are seeking a professional and compassionate Medical Front Desk Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors. This role is responsible for managing front office operations, greeting patients, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance information, handling intake paperwork, and supporting a positive patient experience in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
Hours:
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients, visitors, and vendors in a courteous and professional mannerAnswer and route incoming phone callsSchedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointmentsCheck patients in and out and maintain accurate recordsVerify insurance eligibility and collect copays or outstanding balancesAssist with patient intake forms and update demographic informationMaintain confidentiality of patient information and follow HIPAA guidelinesCoordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flowManage filing, scanning, faxing, and other administrative dutiesAddress patient questions and escalate concerns when appropriate
