We're seeking a dynamic and compassionate Support Staff Technician to join our team at our Randolph County office. In this front-desk role, you'll be the welcoming face of Meridian—supporting daily operations, assisting patients, and keeping our clinic running smoothly. What You'll Do Provide friendly, professional communication with patients, staff, and the public Answer calls, schedule and reschedule appointments, and route messages Collect co-pays and process payments Manage medical records, releases of information, and new patient charts Handle incoming and outgoing mail (USPS, UPS, FedEx) Check in patients in NextGen (Main Office only) Answer executive phone as needed What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of office or administrative experience (medical setting preferred) Strong computer and data-entry skills Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities Professionalism, discretion, and a patient-centered mindset Why Meridian?
