Phlebotomist Representative II - Hospital - Winchester, IN, Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, with rotational every 4th Saturday, 7:00 AM to 12:00 Pay range: $20.00+ per hour Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. The Phlebotomist II draws quality blood samples from patients while following established practices and procedures. The Phlebotomist II has direct contact with patients and creates an atmosphere of trust and confidence while explaining procedures to patients and drawing blood specimens in a skillful, safe and accurate manner. The Phlebotomist II will demonstrate Quest Leadership Behaviors while focusing on process excellence skills and sensitivity to confidentiality and accuracy to patient information.
