This position plays an important role in both patient care and the daily operations of our aesthetics department. The ideal candidate is outgoing, dependable, detail-oriented, and excited to learn about aesthetic treatments and skincare products. You should feel comfortable speaking with patients, managing multiple priorities, and helping the cosmetic schedule run smoothly from beginning to end. Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and respond to cosmetic patient questions Schedule appointments for our physician and aesthetician Welcome patients and provide a friendly, professional experience Check patients out, collect payments, and schedule follow-up appointments Learn about our cosmetic services, treatments, promotions, and skincare products Educate patients on available services and products within the scope of your training Assist with cosmetic patient workups, including updating medical history, taking photographs, and preparing patients for their visit Scribe and assist the physician during cosmetic consultations and treatments Coordinate the daily cosmetic schedule and keep patient flow running efficiently Process incoming inventory, maintain accurate product counts, and help monitor supply levels Assist with product displays, restocking, and keeping cosmetic areas clean and organized Communicate with the physician, aesthetician, and other team members regarding schedules and patient needs Help ensure cosmetic charts, consents, photographs, and documentation are completed appropriately Provide support with cosmetic events, promotions, and other departmental needs What We Are Looking For Excellent communication and customer-service skills A warm, positive, and professional personality Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and take ownership of the cosmetic department's daily workflow Confidence discussing services and products with patients Willingness to learn about medical aesthetics, skincare, and cosmetic procedures Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Dependable, flexible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in healthcare, aesthetics, skincare, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships with patients, learning about aesthetics, and helping a growing cosmetic department stay organized and successful.
