Position Overview:
Medical Receptionist As a medical receptionist, you play a vital role in our organization. You are often the first point of contact for our patients and help set the tone for a positive, welcoming experience. Your communication skills, professionalism, and attention to detail directly impact patient satisfaction and clinic efficiency. You will interact regularly with patients, healthcare professionals, and supervisors, so strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential. In this role, you will contribute to the smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic and function as an integral member of the healthcare team. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner Coordinate scheduling and patient flow Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and insurance companies Perform administrative and clerical tasks to support clinical staff Assist with medical billing tasks, including insurance verification, claim entry, and payment processing Ensure a high standard of customer service and patient experience Training & Support No prior billing experience? No problem. We will provide comprehensive training in medical billing and office processes to ensure you feel confident and successful in your role. You will work closely with our clinical and administrative team to ensure efficient patient care and maintain the highest standards of service.

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
