Job Description

We are a pediatric dental office that is looking for a dental receptionist that is ready to provide an elevated level of service to patients. We are a very intentional practice that focuses not only on how to provide exceptional dentistry, but also works endlessly to maintain a top-notch office culture in order to positively impact your work experience and also patient care. We also want to be able to serve our referring doctors well! We will work and train hard, but want to balance that grit with a lot of fun with patients and teammates! We are looking for someone who can ensure a friendly and welcoming experience for patients and their families when they enter our practice, as yours will be the first face they see and voice they hear. You must be able to maintain the same accommodating, lively, and tactful manner when helping patients and their families on all forms of communication (telephone, text, email, social media). A knowledge of dental practice management software and sound knowledge of dental terminology is essential, as well as proven experience working in a dental office. A working knowledge of dental insurance and the ability to present and explain a treatment plan is a must as you will be helping with these tasks daily.
