Medical Receptionist - Medical Clinic One Cross Community - Campbellsville, KY With a strong commitment to excellence and community care, One Cross Medical Clinic is expanding to better serve the growing needs of our patients. We are seeking a full-time Medical Receptionist to join our team at our new location: 106 Winston Way, Campbellsville, KY . Our mission is to continuously improve every aspect of our organization by hiring individuals of strong character and elevating both employee and patient satisfaction. Position Overview As the first point of contact for our clinic, the Medical Receptionist plays a critical role in creating a welcoming and professional environment. This position is responsible for managing front desk operations, supporting administrative functions, and ensuring a smooth patient experience. Schedule Full-time (approximately 40 hours/week) Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM No weekends 4-day work week (4x10-hour shifts) Key Responsibilities Front Desk & Patient Interaction Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner Direct patients to appropriate staff or departments Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls Administrative Duties Verify and enter patient insurance information accurately Manage incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area Provide accurate information in person, by phone, or via email Perform clerical tasks such as filing, faxing, copying, and data entry Operations & Compliance Maintain a safe, secure, and compliant work environment Follow all clinic policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations Qualifications Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role (medical setting preferred) Strong customer service skills with a professional demeanor Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail Experience with Microsoft Office and general office equipment High school diploma or equivalent required (additional office/administrative certification is a plus)
