Schedules procedures and appointments Updates and manages scheduling files and patient data. Coordinates patient placements and reschedules as needed. Proficient in cadence scheduling and multi-tasking. Handles inquiries, updates accounts, and ensures billing accuracy. Creates guarantors and verifies insurance coverage. Completes coverage training and verifies insurance eligibility Helps Train New Employees Assists in our HFU work queue Will cross train withRadiology Scheduling Required Certification/License/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. One or two years' clerical/secretarial experiencePreferred Certification/License/Experience:
