This vital role involves managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer care to patients and ensuring smooth office functioning. The ideal candidate will be energetic, organized, and tech-savvy, ready to handle multiple responsibilities with enthusiasm. You will be the first point of contact for patients, creating a positive impression while supporting administrative tasks that keep our office running efficiently. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly, checking them in for appointments Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and route calls accurately using excellent phone etiquette Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence Maintain office supplies inventory, order necessary items, and ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming Support office management duties including filing, scanning, faxing, etc., and basic clerical tasks to enhance daily operations Skills Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Exceptional customer service skills coupled with clear verbal communication via phone and in person Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone communication best practices Ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously Previous front desk or administrative experience preferred Medical experience preferred Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all written and verbal communication Join us as a Full-time Medical Receptionist to be an integral part of our vibrant team!
