Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Front Desk Dental Insurance Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for providing excellent patient service while managing dental insurance verification, claims processing, scheduling, and front office operations. Responsibilities Greet patients and provide exceptional customer service. Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the daily schedule. Verify insurance benefits and explain coverage to patients. Submit and follow up on insurance claims and pre-authorizations. Collect patient payments and discuss financial responsibilities. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance. Communicate effectively with patients, insurance companies, and the dental team. Travel between our two office locations as needed to provide front office support. Qualifications Previous dental front office or insurance coordination experience preferred. Knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and dental terminology. Experience with dental practice management software is a plus. Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between two office locations are required. Positive attitude and commitment to outstanding patient care.
Pay:
$10.00 - $20.00 per hour
