Essential Responsibilities:
Check appointment calendar and assure residents are ready for appointments. Coordinate with transpiration aid for resident appointments - make copies of resident's current physician's orders, progress sheets, and insurance cards (when appropriate); place and have ready to send with residents. Monitor front door and assist residents and visitors Answer facility telephone when necessary. Keep proper clerical supplies for Nurses' Station. Any other duties assigned by the Director of Nursing, Charge Nurse, or Administrator.
Requirements:
High School Diploma / GED Excellent verbal communication. Good telephone communication etiquette. Organized and resourceful. Customer-focused. Active listener. Adept at prioritizing, scheduling and multitasking.
