• Greet patients and help manage the check-in and check-out process with accuracy and professionalism
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with scheduling and general inquiries
• Collect co-pays and ensure patient and insurance information is updated correctly
• Maintain an organized and efficient front desk
