The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing patient medical records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining the integrity of our medical documentation systems. Responsibilities Answering and routing phone calls Maintain and organize patient medical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of medical records by reviewing documentation for compliance with regulations. Process requests for patient information while adhering to privacy laws and confidentiality protocols. Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure timely updates to patient records and resolve discrepancies. Implement and manage electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring data integrity and security.
