We are seeking a reliable, experienced, and high energy Dental Front Office team member to oversee daily operations of our dedicated dental team located in Belmont center. Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and a passion to grow within the industry is a must. The preferred professional candidate will have: A track record of providing outstanding customer service A minimum 2 years of dental office management experience Demonstrate effective handling of front office operations including scheduling, treatment planning, and handling account receivables and insurance forms Excellent knowledge of insurance plans and dental terminology Proficiency with Dentrix software is preferred Professional appearance and demeanor College degree preferred On-the-job training is available for an entry-level candidate with a strong desire and ability to learn and a comfortable command over technology used in an office. The position is full time, Monday-Thursday and some Fridays (no weekends). The salary is highly competitive and commensurate with experience. Understanding dental terminology and insurance is required.
