•URGENT HIRE Job Summary A home health care company is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Assessment & Admissions Scheduler/Receptionist to join its Care Access team. The ideal candidate will coordinate client assessments, admissions, and caregiver schedules while ensuring accurate documentation and exceptional customer service. This role is essential to supporting efficient care coordination and requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and experience with high-volume scheduling. This is a fully onsite position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM, with onsite parking available. Responsibilities Coordinate and confirm assessment and admission appointments for new clients. Maintain accurate client records and update scheduling systems with appointment and staffing information. Assign caregivers based on availability, qualifications, certifications, geographic location, and client needs. Respond to client and caregiver inquiries professionally via phone and other communication channels. Resolve scheduling conflicts, including employee call-outs, schedule changes, and staffing gaps. Communicate scheduling updates to clients, caregivers, and internal departments in a timely manner. Collaborate with clinical, intake, recruiting, and administrative teams to ensure appropriate staffing coverage. Maintain scheduling logs, perform audits, and ensure documentation is complete and accurate. Monitor scheduling metrics and identify opportunities to improve workflow and operational efficiency. Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Perform additional administrative and scheduling duties as assigned. Experience Minimum of one (1) year of scheduling, administrative support, medical receptionist, healthcare clerical, or related experience required. High-volume scheduling or healthcare record processing experience strongly preferred. Previous experience in home healthcare, healthcare, or community-based services is preferred. Bilingual candidates fluent in Spanish or Haitian Creole are highly encouraged to apply. #RJADM45
