  • dental office seeking a detail-oriented Dental Receptionist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk tasks and providing excellent customer service to our patients.
Responsibilities:
  • Greet patients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
  • Verify insurance information and process payments
  • Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed
  • Utilize dental software for patient management
  • Adhere to HIPAA regulations for patient privacy
  • Coordinate with referral for patient care Answering Telephone Call and Emails Scheduling, Rescheduling and Confirming Appointments Verifying Insurance Presenting Treatment Plans and Discussing Copayments Financial Arrangements & Collecting Copayments Submitting Dental Claims, Aging Reports, Posting Insurance Payments and Billing End of Day Reports Occasionally assist in the back office with clinical duties
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a dental or medical receptionist role preferred
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical scheduling procedures
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong understanding of front desk operations and phone systems
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in an administrative role is a plus
  • Passion for patient service and satisfaction

Full-time Pay:
$18.00
  • $36.
00 per hour Expected hours: 30-32 per week
