Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients with a smile, making families feel welcome and at ease Answer phone calls, texts, and emails in a friendly and professional manner Schedule and confirm appointments , ensuring smooth office flow Verify and process dental insurance claims accurately Review treatment plans and financial responsibilities with parents Collect and process payments with attention to detail Maintain patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance Assist with office organization, filing, and administrative tasks Collaborate with our team to create an exceptional patient experience
What We're Looking For:

  • You'll be the first point of contact for our patients, so a warm and welcoming demeanor is a must! ✅ Strong Communicator
  • Comfortable interacting with patients in person, on the phone, and via email/text. ✅ Organized & Detail-Oriented
  • You can juggle multiple tasks while keeping the front office running smoothly. ✅ Tech-Savvy
  • Experience with DOX is a plus, but we're happy to train the right candidate. Basic computer skills are required. ✅ Team Player
  • We work as a team and need someone who enjoys collaborating and jumping in where needed.
✅ Experience in a Dental or Medical Office is Preferred , but we are open to training the right candidate!
