Join our team as a Medical Receptionist, where you'll play a key role in ensuring our office runs smoothly and our patients receive exceptional service. What You'll Do As a Clinical Office Coordinator, you will support our physicians and nurse practitioners with the day-to-day administrative and reception functions, ensuring a seamless experience for both staff and patients.

Your responsibilities include:

Greeting patients and managing front desk operations Scheduling appointments and coordinating patient flow Maintaining accurate patient records and handling confidential information Supporting clinical staff with administrative tasks to keep the office running efficiently Using electronic health record systems (Epic experience preferred) to document patient interactions

What We're Looking For Education :

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Experience :

At least 1 year of healthcare or administrative experience preferred

Licensure/Certification :

None required

Skills & Qualifications :
