Job Description
Franklin Pain Associates, LLC/DBA Comprehensive Pain Management is seeking a full-time Medical Receptionist. The candidate must be able to multitask well and is a team player assisting Nurse Practitioners and Pain Physicians. Reliability and good work ethic is a must Duties may include but not limited to any/or all of the following: Coordinates patient schedules with professional staff and schedules appointments. Registers patients, verifying insurance coverage and appropriate referrals, answers telephone and directs calls appropriately and professionally. Prepare patient appointments for days ahead. Preparing each patient's medical record per office protocol (i.e., lab reports, allergies and other correspondence. Directing patients for urinalysis collection. Perform all duties assigned Job Qualifications and Specifications Medical Receptionist/Assistant experience 1-2 years preferred Experience with Electronic Health Record systems Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work Strong attention to detail Excellent communication skills
