Responsibilities Greet patients and visitors warmly, providing exceptional customer service and guiding them through check-in and appointment procedures Verify insurance coverage, perform insurance eligibility checks, and assist with insurance verification processes Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries promptly and directing calls appropriately Maintain accurate medical records by organizing, filing, and retrieving documents efficiently. Review documentation for completeness and accuracy, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and proper coding standards including
