Assists client with home-making activities such as housekeeping, shopping, errands, light laundering, meal planning and preparation, serving of meals, and socialization & companionship activities Recognizes, reports, and records/documents change in client condition and safety to supervisor. Documents observations, activities, and services provided in an accurate, complete, and timely manner. NO Personal Care assistance required.
