Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking An Experienced dynamic and organized Spanish Speaking Dental Receptionist to join our vibrant dental team! In this role, you will be the friendly face and efficient coordinator at the front desk, ensuring a seamless patient experience from scheduling appointments to managing medical records. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment while supporting clinical staff with administrative tasks. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to combine excellent customer service with vital medical administrative support in a fast-paced dental clinic setting. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly, verify their insurance information, and schedule appointments using dental practice management software. Manage patient check-in and check-out processes while maintaining accurate electronic health records (EHR) and medical documentation review. Handle phone communication professionally, providing clear information about services, appointment availability, and insurance procedures. Collect and process payments, including medical billing, Medicare, and health insurance claims, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Maintain organized filing systems for dental records, medical records, and other administrative documents while ensuring confidentiality. Support office operations by managing phone etiquette, typing reports, performing 10-key typing tasks, and coordinating with clinical staff for care plans. Experience Previous dental clinic experience is highly required Strong knowledge of EMR systems such as Curve ( Not Required) Proven skills in medical collection processes, health information management, and electronic health records (EHR) management. Familiarity with healthcare regulations including HIPAA compliance and clinical confidentiality policies. Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse patient populations effectively. ( Spanish) Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) along with excellent clerical skills such as filing and phone communication. Pay:
$23.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 36.0 per week
