Riverside Community Care Love What you do! Administrative Intake Coordinator
  • CBHC In this important role, the Administrative Intake Coordinator performs tasks of ensuring full registration and screening for all ages and all consumers accessing treatment regardless of insurance, works with staff in greeting consumers and ensuring support for the programs located in the building and works closely with the CBHC Clinical Triage/Intake Coordinator.
The Administrative Intake Coordinator responsibilities include: Screens all new consumers for admission to the clinic by telephone or in-person for walk-in consumers; obtains basic demographics, a brief clinical description and insurance information. For all routine intakes, makes the determination, based on insurance, if the consumer is assigned to the CBHC or the Outpatient program (OP) and documents accordingly in the Electronic Health Record. Collaborates with CBHC Clinical Triage/Intake Coordinator around scheduling appointments for initial intakes and with other clinicians as needed. Coordinates scheduling of urgent psychopharmacology evaluations or medication appointments as needed prior to assessment and based on BHUC assessment. Reserves urgent appointment access (within 48 hours of initial referral contact) for comprehensive diagnostic assessment, and facilitates urgent outpatient crisis counseling/psychotherapy, group therapy and peer/support services as needed. Upon assessing the CBHC Urgent Care consumer, if an urgent psychopharmacology evaluation is indicated, will coordinate an appointment within 72 hours of the intake.

Part-Time, 24 hours per week Monday 12pm
  • 8pm Tuesday 11am
  • 3pm Wednesday 12pm
  • 8pm Thursday 12pm
  • 4pm
