COMPANY OVERVIEW

Providing physical therapy since 1984, Connections Physical Therapy schedules each patient for 40-minute appointments, no double booking, no overlap . We do not use aides or extenders, allowing our therapists to spend the entire 40-minutes with their patients. Therapists will see a maximum of 11-12 patients per day. We allow our therapists to provide the caliber of care they would expect for their patients. Connections Physical Therapy is a family-owned physical therapy practice with 24 locations throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island. The goal of Connections Physical Therapy is to provide quality one-to-one care and deliver a great experience for our patients. This experience starts with their first phone call, access to care, and high caliber of physical therapy rehab. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Front office responsibility will include answering phones, greeting patients, scheduling appointments, entering paperwork and more Assisting physical therapists with clinic needs Assisting regional office coordinator and billing department with daily and weekly tasks

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum high school diploma

IDEAL CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to work independently with off site supervision Professional communication with co-workers, patients, and insurance representatives Experience with customer service
