Job Description
Join Our Growing Dental Team! We are seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated Bilingual Front Desk Associate (English/Spanish) to join our busy and patient-focused dental practice. Position Summary As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming experience while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our front office. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and provide exceptional customer service. Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments. Confirm appointments and manage patient recalls. Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits. Obtain pre-authorizations and submit pre-treatment estimates when needed. Collect co-payments and outstanding balances. Check patients in and out efficiently. Maintain accurate patient records in the practice management software. Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure an efficient patient flow. Handle patient questions regarding treatment plans, insurance, and financial arrangements. Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality. Perform general administrative and office support duties. Qualifications Fluent in both English and Spanish (required). Previous dental front desk or dental office experience preferred. Knowledge of dental insurance plans and terminology is an asset. Strong customer service and communication skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
