Job Description Greeting & Check-in:
Greet patients, verify demographics information (including PCP and emergency contacts), obtain and scan insurance cards, IDs, and collect co-pays at the time of service.
Scheduling:
Book patient appointments while verifying insurance coverage and ensuring all referral requirements are met before the visit.
Check-out:
Create encounters for the appropriate provider, collect cosmetic payments, schedule follow-up appointments with provided slips, and document/apply loyalty rewards (e.g., Aspire/Alle) for Botox and fillers. Utilize EHR practice systems to manage the encounter queue and ensure all patient details are accurate.
Qualifications Medical Experience:
Previous experience in a medical front office, preferably in dermatology or a similar specialty. Strong familiarity with EHR management and general office equipment (fax, scanners, multiline phone systems). Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional demeanor when handling sensitive patient information or billing inquiries. Ability to maintain high accuracy when entering demographics, processing insurance, and handling financial transactions. Ability to manage time effectively, especially during high-volume periods, and ensure all office opening/closing tasks are completed daily.

7:00am-5:30pm or
