Job Description

Dr. Dental is looking for a Dental Front Desk Receptionist for our office located in Springfield, MA. This is a full-time position. We are looking for an exceptional and career-minded individual who would be the first line of customer service for all of our patients and visitors.
Full-time:
7:45-5pm Mon- Fri e/o Sat 9-3pm Must be fluent in Spanish.
Pay is:
$24.00 - $28.00 per hour based on experience Giving all-star customer service would include: Greet patients and check them in upon arrival. Schedule and confirm upcoming appointments. Prepare new patient charts neatly and accurately. Collect copayments and verify insurance coverage. Respond professionally and promptly to any patient billing or record inquiries. Execute doctor prescribed treatment plans, patient chart audits, and conduct consults. Work with the doctor and patient to ensure treatment plan completion and notify the doctor with any clinical questions the patient may have. Educate the patient regarding insurance benefits and affordable payment options including third-party patient financing. Follow-up with the patient to confirm treatment was completed and schedule appointments, if needed. Help improve office efficiency and workflow while upholding Dr. Dental's standard of care.
Capabilities/Skills:
2 years of experience working in a dental office Knowledge of insurance plans (HMO/PPO) Experience answering telephones with a fantastic and helpful attitude Must have exceptional customer service skills High School degree or equivalent is required Basic computer skills and knowledge is required Dental software experience is preferred Experience in a sales environment is preferred but not required
