Our Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: Shows up reliably and on time Has a positive and professional attitude Treats patients with kindness, patience, and compassion Is energetic and willing to help Takes pride in keeping things clean, organized, and prepared Pays attention to details Accepts instruction and feedback professionally Takes responsibility for mistakes and learns from them Works well with the doctor and other team members Takes initiative instead of waiting to be told every next step Wants to continuously improve and learn new skills Responsibilities May Include Chairside assisting Preparing treatment rooms Sterilization and infection-control procedures Taking and processing dental radiographs when appropriately certified Maintaining instruments, equipment, and supplies Assisting with general, cosmetic, surgical, and implant procedures Providing compassionate support to patients Maintaining accurate and organized clinical workflow Helping the entire team when needed Experience with dental implants, oral surgery, cosmetic dentistry, digital dentistry, or sedation is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person . Our Expectations We maintain high professional standards because our patients trust us with their health and care. Excellent attendance, punctuality, professional behavior, teamwork, adherence to office policies, appropriate personal cell phone use, patient confidentiality, cleanliness, and attention to detail are expected. We want someone who sees something that needs to be done and helps—not someone who says, "That's not my job." Growth Opportunity For someone with the right attitude, this can be much more than an assisting job. We value individuals who want to expand their knowledge, develop additional dental skills and certifications, take on greater responsibility, and grow professionally with the practice.
