What You'll Do Welcome patients and provide a 5-star front desk experience Check patients in/out and collect co-pays Schedule appointments using Tebra (medical) and MindBody (medspa) Answer phones and manage patient communications professionally Verify insurance and update patient records accurately Maintain smooth patient flow and support providers Ensure front desk and waiting area remain clean, organized, and professional What We're Looking For ✔ Experience in a medical office, medspa, or healthcare setting (1+ year preferred) ✔ Strong multitasking ability (phones, scheduling, patient flow simultaneously) ✔ Excellent communication and customer service skills ✔ High attention to detail and accuracy ✔ Professional appearance and positive attitude ✔ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
