Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and organized Dental Front Desk Receptionist to join our vibrant dental practice. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative duties. Your energetic approach will help create a welcoming environment, ensuring smooth clinic operations from appointment scheduling to insurance verification. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for supporting patient care and office efficiency. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression Schedule appointments accurately using dental practice management software such as Dentrix or Eaglesoft Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits, including Medicare and other third-party payers Collect and process payments, perform medical collections, and handle billing procedures using EMR systems like Meditech or Athenahealth Manage patient records with meticulous attention to HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards Answer multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls appropriately Review documentation for accuracy and completeness, including intake forms and care plans Maintain organized filing systems for medical records and dental charts Assist with insurance verification, claims submission, and follow-up on outstanding balances Support clinic operations through clerical tasks such as data entry, typing, filing, and managing office supplies Working Experience at least 1 year required Join our team where your enthusiasm meets your expertise!
