Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Dental Insurance Coordinator / Patient Care Coordinator who is motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping patients navigate their dental care. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless patient experience—from insurance coordination to overall patient communication and support. The ideal candidate is a team player with leadership aspirations, a willingness to learn, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility Submit, track, and follow up on insurance claims Present treatment plans and explain financial options to patients Coordinate patient scheduling and maintain efficient daily flow Communicate clearly with patients regarding insurance coverage and out-of-pocket costs Handle billing questions and resolve account issues Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative team members Support front desk operations and overall patient experience
Qualifications Required:
