Our growing Outpatient Physical Therapy practice has a need for a Full time Front desk specialist / Physical therapy Tech . Duties include but not limited to greeting patients, answering phone calls/patient inquiries, insurance verification/eligibility, scheduling patients, collecting co-pays/co-insurance, assisting patients with their exercises as prescribed by the physical therapist, cleaning exercise equipment, maintaining a clean work area and setting patients up on various modalities. Ideal Candidate must have superior customer service skills, honest, should be punctual, reliable, flexible, courteous, able to multitask, helpful and friendly. You must be self motivated, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and be highly organized. A great speaking telephone voice, and a passion for excellence is required. Experience in an outpatient Physical Therapy facility and knowledge of health insurance is preferred. Must be willing to work evenings and some Saturdays. Computer proficiency is a must.
