Job Overview Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM Are you an organized, friendly professional who enjoys helping patients and keeping things running smoothly? We are looking for a Medical Receptionist to join our busy, patient-focused practice. What You'll Do Check patients out after appointments Schedule follow-up visits, referrals, and testing Process insurance referrals and prior authorizations Coordinate DME orders and diagnostic testing Answer phones and assist patients with scheduling Provide exceptional customer service and support What We're Looking For Medical office experience preferred Experience with referrals, authorizations, or insurance verification a plus Medical terminology and
